Kelly Dickson is an ordained PC(USA) pastor who has served in a variety of ministry roles over the past 20 years, including: Bridge pastor, Minister of Adult Ministries, Young Adults, Women’s, Small Groups, Community Life Ministries and served for two years as the Communications Manager for Cascades presbytery. Kelly is the founder of Shalom Collective, a ministry dedicated to the care of pastors and faith leaders across denominations and differences. Kelly speaks at retreats and preaches throughout the Pacific Northwest. She completed her Master’s of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, CA) and Bachelor’s in Communication Studies at Westmont College (Santa Barbara, CA). Kelly was trained in soul care and spiritual formation by Ruth Haley Barton, as a participant in a Transforming Community at the Transforming Center, a two-year spiritual formation program. She is passionate about supporting and caring for pastors and ministry leaders and believes the gathering at the table is a great place to start.
