Farmington Road Agreement Details
The Option Agreement will give NHA the right to purchase the property so that they can pursue funding from local and federal government agencies. NHA would build 200 units of affordable housing on the property and work with Leaven and the Presbytery to create ongoing services for the residents of the development which will provide ministry opportunity to the Presbytery.
